about

Tom Wilson and David Holmes were the rhythm section of Salford band The Parody.

Tom says

"We have been going a while with different names and with various line up changes (though myself and David the bass player have been mates since 1982, we were in a band together when we were younger). We have played one or two gigs round York and Manchester and Leeds but lately we have concentrated on trying to put an album together.

Jim Boyle, who plays lead guitar on these tracks, I met in York and had been doing gigs with him. Unfortunately Jim died last year.

We have more material we want to record when the opportunity arises."
